It's really good to take a moment and check in with yourself...how are you in relation to the different ways that you can experience this very moment in the world.
I use the idea of 5 Core Organisers that we have always available to some degree or another in every moment - Thinking / Emotions/ 5 senses / inner body sensations/movements.
Why not take a few moments with me to check in to your experience and then use this little intervention at any time just for yourself.
