What is Counselling?
Counselling is your space in which you can explore and understand your experiences and how they affect you. This can lead to new perspectives on your situation and uncover opportunities for choice and change in your life.
Your sessions are a time for you to explore your situation in your own way and at your own pace. As your counsellor I may offer you creative ways to help this process and suggest things for you to think about or try out.

Benefits include finding clarity and control and discovering realistic choices. Clients also frequently report making changes and moving on with confidence and strength of purpose.
